socialNajafgarh is primarily constituted of several villages. It has its own unique cultural ethos. The Trust is a part of this ethos and preserves it by observing the cultural and religious festivals and organizing social events on such occasions. This offers an opportunity for various sections of society to come together and celebrate as one. It is also an informal setting to understand the grass root issues of the area and its inhabitants. Some of the programs organized by the Trust include Holi Mahotsav, Diwali celebrations, New Year celebrations, Sri Krishna Janmashtami and Kirtan Bhajan Sandhya. The Trust also tries to instill a spirit of patriotism and national pride by celebrating birth anniversaries of national figures and freedom fighters. Ambedkar Jayanti and Shaheed Bhagat Singh’s birth anniversary are a few of such celebrations.

The wholehearted support and participation of the populace is a great motivator for the Trust and an undisputed evidence of the fact that the Trust is an important part of the social milieu of this area.
